Coffee
Coffee is grown within the tropical zones, north and south of the equator. The coffee bean is the seed of the coffee tree. Two green beans grow in each red cherry on the tree. Once harvested the beans are graded for quality. Like fine wines, each coffee has a distinctive regional character.
We purchase beans only on the basis of their 'cup quality', then carefully hand roast each coffee bean to perfection in small batches, and pack from the roaster to seal in the freshness, capturing that elusive ingredient 'aroma' for you to enjoy.
At Exchange Coffee we have been hand roasting only the very best quality green coffee for the last 30 years. This experience of beginning with the green coffee bean via the roaster, the grinder and then all the way to the customers cup - means we can provide one of the finest and freshest cups of coffee available today.
We supply nationwide to all our many customers both retail and wholesale which includes Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, cafes, espresso bars and other retailers.
