A bright-tasting coffee with hints of honey and lemon. Well balanced with a very slight earthiness. We medium roast this coffee in order to bring out the sweet citric acidity that makes this particular coffee so special. We have been particularly impressed with this crop of Yirgacheffe as it has been a much larger bean and therefore a top grade.
