The Wallenford Estate, at over 5000 feet, is the highest plantation on the majestic Blue Mountain. The coffee cherries are harvested in conditions ideal for coffee growing. It produces the top 1% of Jamaica Blue Mountain. Enthusiasts claim it to be the perfect coffee combining fine acidity, full body and smooth flavour – exquisite cup quality. With only 100 tons a year reaching Europe, demand far outweighs supply and this is reflected in the price.
