The Los Altos estate is located just outside the town of Jinotega in the Matagalpa region, the highest and oldest coffee growing region of Nicaragua. This coffee has strong chocolate flavours with hints of cherry and plum and a dense body. Now roasted slightly darker, this coffee makes an excellent espresso, as well as a great cup of filter or cafetiere coffee.
