Roast: Dark Espresso

We use this blend in all our shops as our house espresso. A darker espresso blend, with a slight bite. Powerful and intense this coffee is perfect for espressos, cappuccinos and lattes and is strong with that extra kick. Winner at the Great Taste Awards in 2005 (Gold) and in 2008 with a three star gold GTA award, the highest such award which is notoriously difficult to obtain and is the highest award any producer can aspire to. The 3 star award placed the French Roast in the top 72 of 4750 products judged over the 208 award classes. Also a winner of a two star gold GTA award in 2009.
