When an Italian restaurant chain asked us to create them a signature, bespoke espresso we were happy to do so. We were so happy in fact, that we started selling this espresso through our shops. Smooth, but with a hint of that bite that is essential in the perfect espresso or cappuccino. A gold award winner in 2010.
