The first and original Indian tea, discovered in the 19th century. Tea bushes in Assam grow in the lowlands of the region, unlike Darjeeling which grows in the highlands. A common ingredient in English Breakfast blends due to its strong malty flavour and smooth finish. Available in three leaf sizes:
