Oolongs

Oolong is a speciality semi-fermented tea which is also wilted in the sun. The tea is turned is bamboo baskets producing a curled leaf. It has a mild aroma and is very light in the cup. There is a flowery, spicy taste and a floral aroma. Perfect for after-dinner.

A green Taiwanese Oolong with a full body and flavour. The name ‘Dong Ding’ means frozen summit and refers to the mountains in China’s Fujian province where the plants for this tea originally came from.
