Fernanda Maciel Raucci is the fourth generation of coffee farmers on Fazenda Terra Preta and she prioritises the quality of her coffee, respect and care for the environment and working conditions for her employees equally. The coffee is naturally processed, sun dried and has a longer than usual 45 day resting period after processing. These factors combine to produce a coffee that is deep and complex and of the most exceptional quality. Certified by both UTZ and Rainforest Alliance means that this coffee is 100% traceable and is monitored at every stage of the process. This coffee is also directly traded via a family member who lives in England. Consequently, Fernanda gets a fair price and we, as roasters, get the best possible quality coffee for us and our customers.  A bright and naturally sweet brew, with overtones of praline, almond and honey. Hints of cocoa and nuts are also evident. This coffee is suitable for all brewing methods cafetiere, filter and espresso.
