Brazil Labareda Full Roast

A blend of coffees grown on Fazendas Bom Jesus and São Lucas. Both Fazenda Bom Jesus and Fazenda São Lucas have a long heritage in coffee production, they are both owned by different branches of Lancha Oliveira family who are third generation coffee farmers. The family’s objective is to sustainably develop their region from a social and economic perspective. All of the employees on the farms receive specialist training and the Lancha Oliveiras ensure that they are all literate and their children attend the local school. They are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in both agriculture and conservation and have been awarded for being ‘Brazil’s Most Sustainable Coffee Farm’. This coffee connects us, as roasters, directly with the farms and the farmers themselves, ensuring fair prices for the farmers and the best possible quality coffee for us and our customers. Packed full of chocolate and nut flavours with a caramel sweetness, we roast this coffee slightly darker than our other Brazils to make it great for after dinner and milk based drinks. Suitable for all brewing methods.
