Brazil Lagoa

Grown on one of the oldest coffee farms in the region dating back to the mid 19^th century this coffee is an old favourite of ours that we are very happy to see back here at Exchange Coffee. Situated near Sao Paolo and Rio de Janeiro, Fazenda de Lagoa is grown in an ideal climate within an area of outstanding natural beauty and diverse flora and fauna using up to date sustainable principles. In the cup the coffee gives chocolate and cocoa notes with an almost caramel like sweetness. A very clean tasting brew suitable for all day drinking with an arresting floral aroma. This coffee is particularly suited to filter brewing but also makes a fantastic cafetiere or aeropress.
