Over 400 small holder farmers contribute to this regional blend which comes from 5 municipalities and is delivered to 3 collection points, but around 70% comes from Mr Joseel who has been collecting coffee for over 20 years. His truck driver who has worked for him for just as long, takes between 10,000 and 13,000kg to the dry mill in Bogota before the coffee is bagged and exported. A unique blend of varietals including Pink Bourbon give this coffee some delicious berry notes. It offers a full body, an intense fruity and milk caramel fragrance and aroma with hints of sweet raspberry and strawberry that combine perfectly with a bright acidity and a medium body. Suitable for all brewing methods.
