Over the last twenty years Honduras has transformed the quality of its coffees and its reputation as a coffee origin has increased accordingly. Thanks to the hard work of producers, exporters and farmer-support organisations, Honduras overtook Guatemala to become the largest coffee producer in Central America and today it ranks sixth globally among all coffee producing countries. Naturally decaffeinated in Mexico using the Mountain Water Process which removes approximately 98% of the caffeine, we roast this coffee to a medium level in order to bring out the sweet caramel overtones with just a hint of butterscotch and a sweet berry finish. The perfect decaf for those who are looking for a smoother, milder cup which can be drank throughout the day. We recommend brewing this coffee as a cafetiere or filter.
