A distinctive regional blend highly valued amongst coffee enthusiasts. Sidamo coffees such as this one often undergo the washed processing method, where the coffee cherries are pulped to remove the outer skin and then fermented and washed clean of murcilage before being dried on raised African beds. This process results in a cleaner cup with pronounced fruity notes and a clarity of flavour. With notes of lemon, berries and a floral aroma this coffee is ideal for filter and cafetiere and is best served without milk.
