Formosa Oolong

Oolong is a semi-fermented tea which is also wilted in the sun. The tea is turned is bamboo baskets producing a curled leaf. It has a mild aroma and is very light in the cup. There is a flowery, soft almost peachy taste and a floral aroma. Perfect for late afternoon or after-dinner. We recommend brewing for 3 minutes at 85C
