Located in the Mayan Mountains of the municipality of Veracruz in western Honduras, in the department of Copan. The farm is home for more than 110 species of birds including the Double-toothed Kite and the Esmerald Toucanet amongst others. The coffee is grown at altitudes up to 1250 metres above sea level in a mild sub-tropical climate. It is shade grown under native forest trees and other selected species. The farm is also dedicated to it’s social responsibilities and there is a school on the farm for up to 125 of the children of the workers and community members. The end result is a soft, sweet and smooth coffee that is suitable for all brewing methods and takes milk well.
