Kukicha

A mixture of leaf and stem that was originally known as ‘The People’s Tea’. It has a light and delicate flavour with herbaceous notes and nutty, buttery undertones and a toasty aroma. Because of the high stem content and the late time of harvest, this tea is lower in caffeine than other green teas.
