One of the rarest and highest quality white teas famed for its delicate taste and beauty. Its meticulous production process gives it a delicate refreshing body with a sweet and subtle finish and produces a bright gently yellow infusion with a hint of gold. Originating from the Fujian province the leaves are well known for their silver colour and needle like shape. Only the finest buds are picked and then withered and dried before all leaf matter is removed and the buds are sorted for quality. Only the finest quality buds make it through to the final product. It also has a wide range of health benefits including an abundance of antioxidants, an increased metabolism rate and can also boost immunity. Brew with hot, but not boiling water around 70-80ËšC. Suitable for multiple infusions.
