Ti Guan Yin

An Oolong tea named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy that consists of tightly rolled leaves that unfurl completely during brewing. Lightly mineral in taste with a floral aroma and a slightly nutty finish. A delicate oolong to savour and is also suitable for multiple infusions.
