Located in the North of the Junin province is Chanchamayo, Peru's largest coffee producing region. Considered by many to be the home of the best coffee Peru has to offer. Pichanaki is a small town next to the Perene river where coffee trees are cultivated in the jungle which brings them natural protection from the dazzling rays of the sun. We roast this coffee to just before the second crack to produce a full bodied coffee that is equally at home black or with milk. Suitable for all brewing methods, there is a nutty aroma with a caramel sweetness and a hint of lime to finish.
