We always find it fascinating to have two different coffees from the same farm as different processes and to see how they compare. In addition to the beautiful San Ernesto Honey we have it's washed process cousin. Cleaner and smoother than the honey process, with less of the fruity notes that makes honey processed coffee so unique. These coffees are worth trying side by side to taste the differences and similarities. Suitable for all brewing methods and is equally good black or with milk.
